Letter from the CEO

PCA Aerostructures Company is a diversified aerospace structures organization specializing in the manufacturing of complex airframe components and subassemblies that require advanced design and machining capabilities.  Our mission can be summed up in two words – Continuous Improvement. Founded in 1963, the Company has assembled a unique combination of capabilities and equipment and has accumulated extensive process knowledge in manufacturing a wide range of aerostructure components on major military and commercial aircraft programs.

In order to effectively compete in today's dynamic manufacturing environment, PCA recognizes the importance of developing operational excellence as a competitive advantage.  A key factor for operational excellence is the capability to integrate the manufacturing supply chain by linking manufacturing processes to meet customer-end supply-chain demands. We seek opportunities to collaborate with business organizations, to help expand the positive impact that manufacturing technology can have globally.

At PCA, we are committed to the pursuit of profitable and sustainable growth. While we are proud of our solid track record as a responsible organization, we recognize that we have opportunities to do better. As a result, we are working hard to integrate sustainable business practices throughout our company, from the products and services we offer, to our vendor partnerships and the materials we use in the products.  We are guided by PCA's vision statement, which reflects the pride, spirit and aspirations of our shareholders, board of directors, and employees.

We take pride in the strong corporate governance and integrity that have guided our growth and performance. We believe our commitment to these principles will continue to strengthen our reputation and results for a long time to come.Together, we are not only working to improve costs, delivery, quality and manufacturing innovation, but are also sowing the seeds for our future business—a true win-win proposition.
